Annual cycle
Travel tryouts. OVA "Tryout Player" registration opens September 1; tryouts run through September and October by age group. Older age groups begin their season in September.
Travel season. Weekly practices and OVA tournament play for all teams (14U and younger start in October). See the travel page for practice schedules.
Spring Skill Development Clinics. Eight-session clinics for Grades 1–8, including Mini Thunder. Details on the clinics page.
Beach season. OnPoint beach training for youth and Hiawatha beach leagues for adults and teens. See summer volleyball.
Sarnia Canada Day Parade. The club marches every year — players and families welcome to join the Thunder float!
